We are dedicated to supplying wet laid nonwoven products(both roll goods and finished products).Additionally, we also have other non wet-laid productions which can produce spunlace nonwoven fabrics for our clients. Wet laid nonwoven is one of our main products.
Actually, wet laid nonwoven production process is modified paper making process. Short fibers are main raw material in our wet laid nonwoven production line. The short fibers are suspended in suspended in the water and then the fibers would be placed onto a screen to remove the water. After that, the web would be consolidated in different way. Compared with other types of nonwovens, wet laid nonwovens has the best uniformity.
A wide range of natural, mineral, synthetic and man-made fibers can be used in our wet laid nonwoven fabrics production. Some of material we use for wet laid nonwoven production includes cellulose, Polyester, Polypropylene (PP), Polyethylene (PET),PVA fiber, composite fiber, artificial fiber, plant fiber, PVA fiber.

In our laboratory, we can perform the those tests: basis weight, thickness, permeability, tensile strength MD, tensile strength CD, elongation MD, elongation CD, bonding, oil content, Oil & Water absorbency, rewet, bursting strength, alcohol blood proof level, fading performance, bacteriological tests.
